Due to the nature of our evolving business please contact KPB (Kauai Party Bar) for quotes on rentals and events. All quotes are free and confidential.

To give you an idea of what KPB offers here is a brief summary of what to expect.

• Basic Bar (ex. Beer kegs to cans or bottle service not limited to soft drinks, wine, and champagne.)

• Menu Bars will be your specialize themed or custom menu designed by KPB or clients choice. All Menu Bars include Basic Bar Services.

• Kids Corner is the fun bar for non-alcoholic beverages for the young guests. For shakes, smoothies, and mocktails.

• KPB operates on a 5hr interval service, any additional will be charged on a per hr. rate there after according to type of contract client has agreed on.

• Keg Setup (KPB likes to do the work for clients without the need of specialized borrowed equipment. Keg Setup will bring KPB’s own kegerator setup without the worry of initial setup.)

• Glassware Upgrades (A more professional look for that special party without plastic)

• Plastic cups, these are regulated 12 to 14oz cups for beers and mixed drinks and also 8 to 9oz perfect for wine, champagne, and or shots.

• Additional Bartenders/Server (Glassware upgrades require immediate server on duty, rule of thumb to smooth service are 80 guests per bartender/60 guests per server. It shall be advised upon guest count and venue.)

• Blender Upgrades

• Additional Setup (Clients are responsible for icing served beverages prior to KPB’s designated serving time if additional setup is required by client to be done by KPB it is best said no later then 2 business days prior to event.)

• Rental of equipment’s.

• All events require a non refundable deposit to save date and agreement to rules and regulations due to Hawaii state laws.

• Deposits to save date 30% of quoted function. Deposit will be access on to remaining balance at end of event.

Rules & Regulations

1. All regulations needed for parties fall under clients discretion.

2. Parties are HOSTED BARS. No alcohol are provided or sold by KPB. Hawaii liquor laws prohibit KPB from selling liquor to client nor guests of event.

3. If liquor licenses are needed for event client is responsible for retrieving said licenses.

4. If location of party requires security, client are responsible for said security.

5. All bartenders on duty are professional blue card holders and may refuse to serve guests who are to intoxicated or disruptive to other guests.

6. Spirit’s being served must be regulated to either 750ml to 1L bottles per liquor laws.

7. Any menu contracts provided by KPB will be regulated by our cups. Due to Hawaii liquor laws KPB may only distribute 2 12oz drinks at a time per guests.

8. WE I.D.!!! It is very important to keep all party goers safe and abide by the law. NO I.D. NO DRINK. State of Hawaii liquor law prohibits the distribution of alcohol to minors.
